Éxico Project Management was created in 2009, dedicated to comprehensive real estate asset management in the same market, consulting and overall management of architecture and engineering works.

It has two distinct areas within the same structure: Property and technical.

Éxico Project Management was founded because of the new scenario in the property market arising in recent years and especially the situation in Spain.

Although born with a distinct Spanish character and entrepreneurial spirit, the company aims to become a bridge to other countries and foreign and domestic investors in Spain and abroad.

Éxico Project Management provides comprehensive management for projects and technical services within the real estate, construction, engineering and architecture sectors. Its staff consists of professionals with over twenty years’ experience and training who can undertake any action related to these sectors if so required.

Éxico Construction Management is our company in Panama. In 2016, Éxico decided to form Éxico Construction Management with other partners for the construction of the Arraiján Forests project. It was initially formed by a local team with capacity to develop 318 homes, including town planning and other services required for a residential area.
